Gail has been teaching and practising Tai-Chi
over the last decade
Gail teaches Golden Wings Chi Gong, 18 step Wild Goose Chi Gong and other variations. She also teaches Yang Style Tai Chi which is the most widely practised in the western world.
The purpose of the Tai Chi is to empower the individual by stimulating and enhancing their own life force energy. That is why Gail combines the practice and principles with spiritual aspects to achieve this end.
   
Gail uses various specific Chi Gong exercises which give the organs of the body an internal workout to strengthen the chi. This leads to a lengthening of life span, flexibility of the joints a more youthful appearance and a slowing down of the ageing process as well as reducing stress and anxiety.
 
Tai Chi and Chi Gong is used as a moving meditation in conjunction with the breath to create extra vitality and is accessible to people of all ages and most physical abilities.
