Gail uses various specific Chi Gong exercises which give the organs of the body an
internal workout to strengthen the chi. This leads to a lengthening of life span,
flexibility of the joints a more youthful appearance and a slowing down of the ageing
process as well as reducing stress and anxiety. |

Tai Chi and Chi Gong is used as a moving meditation in conjunction with the breath to
create extra vitality and is accessible to people of all ages and most physical abilities.
